The current era of corona virus has started a new phase for many sectors. One of these major sectors is real estate. With this, the phase of video of projects, virtual walk-through will increase very fast.

 

Experts from the sector expressed their views in the "New Era of Real Estate", a webinar conducted recently by Dainik Bhaskar, focused on the real estate sector. The motive of this webinar was to bring customers and real estate experts on one platform. On this platform, Experts had detailed discussion about new rules and policies, the changing trends of the property, facilities provided by Govt. and Banks. The webinar discussed new concepts for affordable housing, residential and commercial property. Property shopping and choice options, commercial property trend, upcoming plans for customers, were also discussed. In this webinar focused on the questions of the readers, the experts also discussed with the audience, the positive steps to be taken in this sector in future.

One thing became clear during the Covid-19 era that real estate is the only place for better investment. Property market is better place than gold and share market. In this situation builders should tell buyers about the returns and appreciation of the property.

"There will be a change in product cost, demand will increase"

 

The future of real estate is bright. Those who currently live in the congested areas will now come out of their homes, which will increase demand. Along with labour cost, the cost of material will also increase. Right now, the price of cement & steel has increased by 10%. In such a situation, the product cost will also change.

One thing is clear because of Corona, people who are living in rented houses will now think of taking their own house. Due to this, the number of buyers of affordable properties will see a rapid increase.
