Many other forms of covid-19 can also be seen in coming future.  In such a situation, the CO-working and CO-living concept will increase. Social awareness will increase as well. Awareness campaign will have to be run for housing. The era of virtual world will also come in real estate especially affordable housing.

There will always be a demand for convenience flats

The future of real estate will never be weak and demand for flats with good amenities will always be there. Demand will increase with all facilities in one place. Government’s other relief is also coming, which will help achieve sales target along with demand.
