Decrease in stamp duty expected

Multi-storey segment of the real estate have been the safest in the era of Corona virus. Unwanted entries have not been easy due to better security. People living in them have also felt safe enough. In such a situation now the demand for such properties is going to increase in the coming time. Lots of families live in a single room house in the Wall-city. Now, in the new era, they will also come out of city. The demand for the same property segment will also increase.  The state government's stance has been quite positive. Stamp duty is expected to decrease. This is what I would say – “ Lautkar Aayengi Khushiya, Abhi Corona Ka Shor Hai. Zara Sambhal Kar Rahe Dosto, Yah Imtihan Ka Daur Hai”.

Everything will change from the Guard-room to the bedroom

Now the era of new innovation is coming. We are working on future and new age policy with our architects and designers. Now everything will change from the guardroom to the bedroom. Screening, sanization will be necessary as soon as someone arrives to the building. Dedicated market, vegetables, groceries, milk, medicines etc. will be available in the project campus itself. Touch-free concept is coming. We’ll see some new concepts like touch-free hand-wash, better internet speed for work from home and use of a portion of club-house for quarantine in coming time. Era of “survival of fittest” has come. In the end, I would say – “ Mujhe Ummeed Hai, Ubhrega Ek Naya Suraj, Taras Raha Hai Mera Desh Roshni Ke Liye”.
