Stamp Duty should also get funding

Right now the interest rates are very low and the loan is available for long term. Bank's Mortgage Moratorium should be further extended by 6 months. Interest subvention scheme should also be restart. Stamp duty should get funding so that the buyers get less burden.

Demand of small commercial projects will increase
